STARTING YOUR PROJECT...
HERE'S HOW TO GET YOUR PROJECT UNDERWAY QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY
TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND/OR A FREE SAMPLE:
1. GET IN TOUCH
Hit the "Start your narration" button first of all and tell me what you're after. Choose what kind of project you want (Audiobook, Video, Podcast, Videogame or Other), and make sure to include a word-count for your manuscript.
2. YOU'LL GET A SAMPLE OF YOUR MATERIAL & AN ESTIMATE
I'll reply with a free narration sample of your material. I'll also estimate how long I think the project will take and provide a quote based on your requirements. At this point, we can agree on a style for your project and any other details you need me to know.
3. WE'RE OFF!
Once you approve a sample and we're both clear on the project specifics, your project can begin!
ONCE YOUR PROJECT BEGINS...
...that's when the magic happens!
1. YOU'LL RECEIVE SECTIONS AS THEY'RE FINISHED
Throughout the project, I'll send sections for review as they are completed. I ask that these sections be reviewed and approved by the client as soon as possible, so that any issues can be solved swiftly. This way, the project keeps moving and we can meet our deadline.
2. TACKLING REVISIONS
Although I take the utmost care to provide the best performance of your material, occasionally, details might need to be changed. Should a large revision need to be made on a section or on a character's voice, we will simply discuss how to proceed. Smaller errors, such as mispronunciations or blips in the recording are always fixed free of charge.
3. YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR DELIVERY
When the project is ready for delivery, I'll prepare the files for ACX platforms (if necessary), making them ready for Audible, iTunes, Amazon and Spotify. Your finished and mastered project will then be exported in two formats: MP3 and lossless, full-quality WAV format. These files will become available as separate downloads upon payment.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
I generally ask clients to pay for half the project up-front, and the other half upon delivery. This ensures a smooth process and accountability for both parties.
I use PayPal for all project payments. You can make a transfer from a PayPal account, a bank account, or use a credit card. PayPal ensures peace-of-mind for both parties and is simple and secure.
